Our Production Co-ordinator Apprenticeship scheme is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step in a fast-paced and rewarding industry. We are a small team working across a wide variety of projects so you'll get a breadth of experience that most apprentices would not gain in other larger organisations. Things to consider
- Providing administrative support to production team
- Creating and maintaining production documentation and records such as: schedules, scripts, call sheets, client feedback, review notes cast, and/or crew lists
- Assist with, sourcing or booking crew, talent, suppliers
- Assist with the preparation of a production budget
- Monitor and control compliance for the production relating to legal, regulatory, organisational and industry codes of practice
- Identify and mitigate any risks to the production, escalating issues if necessary
- Co-ordinate activities and logistics to support the production team
- Build rapport and collaborate effectively with partners on productions such as cast, crew, and contributors
- Conduct discussions and negotiations in ways which promote good working relationships
- Work in line with agreed workflows
- Assist with management of the set, studio or location of the production
- Work collaboratively with senior personnel to ensure the final product is delivered to industry standards including technical and legal requirements

- Able to travel into Oxford main office and the training provider in Chesham
Desired qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A*-C or 9-4 in English & maths
