What will the apprentice be doing?
You will work as part of a small team to conduct proactive internal finance audits and reactive fraud and financial abuse investigations, as well as contributing to policy reviews surrounding client finance.
This is a very varied role with the opportunity to really develop your skills and to impact on the organisation at a strategic level.
Travel will be required, including some overnight stays. This is paid for by the organisation and subject to flexibility approved by your line manager.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will gain valuable experience working in our Head Office while undertaking level 4 qualifications. Specific training and ongoing support will be provided. You will also attend Creative Support's mandatory training.
You will be supported by a tutor from a training provider plus a dedicated mentor at work. 20% of your working hours will be spent 'off-the-job' completing your professional training. When and where you spend this time will be agreed with your mentor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship programme is designed to help you gain the knowledge and experience needed to become an Internal Auditor. Once completed, you could use your qualification to work towards a higher level diploma.

Things to consider
All applicants must have had at least their first Covid 19 vaccination prior to starting employment with us and be committed to having the second vaccination within a 3 month period. Travel will be required, including some overnight stays. A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
