Apprentice Product Consultant

Are you passionate about problem solving and finding solutions? The role will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

• Identifying the core requirements of a Customer through on-site meetings, email communication + online/Team's meetings
• Comparing the requirement to the existing functionality offered by our suite of applications
• Discussing and advising Customers on what functionality is currently offered
• Combing feedback from the Customer and working with our Development Team to complete a technical specification
• Software Testing ensuring the realisation of the specification is as expected
• Managing the Delivery and User Acceptance Testing the with end Customer

• Proven aptitude ideally with good maths and English grades
• Interest in business and software
• Ability to understand business processes/requirements

Desired qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English
• A levels or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

Future prospects

The apprenticeship leads to a permanent position.
