At DX you will be working towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
- Represent DX in a professional manner at all times
- Observe DX procedures and policies at all times
- Accept all live chat and e-mails, logging all information as a concern, dealing with each enquiry to completion
- To manage customer issues in order to prevent them from becoming complaints or to seek assistance from Line Manager when required
- To provide support to colleagues and to ensure that effective communication is maintained within the team
- To up-date the system correctly and ensure the information is captured and recorded efficiently
