Job Details
At Saint-Gobain International Timber you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
Saint-Gobain UK&I has a wide range of apprenticeship sponsored programmes. These programmes are designed to help you develop practical skills and knowledge, through a combination of relevant on-the job training, classroom based learning and/or eLearning. Successful candidates will start on the level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship and can go onto to complete the Level 4 Sale apprenticeship and may wish to pursue other area of sales within the business.
The level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship will help you identify the customer's expectations and needs through various forms of impactful communication and interactions. You will learn to understand how to create a positive experience for the customer, how to reduce conflict and how your role fits within the business and organisation, contributing to a growing a successful team and how to keep this evolving to ensure effective service delivery.

You will be required to:
- Accurate and timely completion of customer requests and sales administration
- Accurate input of sales quotes and orders
- Effective communication with customer base
- Support manager to achieve team objectives, such as sales campaigns
- Support sales teams, internal and external, to achieve sales targets
- Commitment to continuous personal development
