We are looking for a new member of our Supply Chain Team. This new role is the missing part of our DUO, composed of a Supply Planner and a Supply Chain Manager.

Duties will include:
  • The main task would be the improvement of our IT interfaces between our 2 4PLs based in Ireland and in the UK. That means a Global Project focus on systems, using Dynamics (Corporate ERP) and working closely with the external & Internal IT Teams
  • This position has been created to help the Supply Chain team in the implementation of new processes, mainly about Stock Reconciliation and IT Interfaces between Pierre Fabre Ltd, Distributor & Customers
  • The person will be also responsible for the successful management of Supply Chain projects focused on preparing, changing and testing the existing supply chain operations
  • To put in place a complete mapping
  • Description of logistics
  • Supply Chain & Finance processes, detect weaknesses of the flows and propose remediary plan

This role would be evolutive as it will be a long-term contract. The apprentice will be trained to replace the Supply Planner and also at the end of his apprenticeship take some responsibilities in term of Demand Planning.

Based in Reading at least 2 days a week, then working from home.

Desired skills

  • Our new apprentice would need to be process oriented, has advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables,VBA, etc.), flexible, open minded and analytical

  • Hard working and dedicated to learning


Desired qualifications

  • Must have maths & English GCSE grade 5 (C+) or above or equivalent


Future prospects

This position will give a full overview of what is Supply Chain in a dermo-cosmetics company, within 3 countries (UK, Ireland & France) and even more as we are in relation with the other subsidiaries following monthly meetings (Continuous Improvement & KPI) organised by our Worldwide Operations Team. Also, she/he will be able to manage the full chain as back-up of the Supply & Demand Planner. This valuable experience will give her/him the opportunity to work in more than one Supply Chain functions.
