What will the apprentice be doing?
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their web development career, with excellent progression opportunities for the right person.
To give you a solid foundation across all aspects of web development, you will have a wide variety of duties. You will learn:
Updates on clients websites
Debugging issues and applying appropriate fixes in a timely manner; this can, on occasion, be a matter of urgency
Answering technical support calls and responding to client queries in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Create and maintain regular HTML email newsletters for clients
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your Level 4 Software Developer Apprenticeship, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships through a mixture of classroom learning and 1-1 tutor support.
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering such topics as coding, the structure of programmes, testing and so much more.
