What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will complete a recognised Building Services Engineering Technician course provided by an authorised training provider. The training provided will be one day a week.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will gain all the experience and skills necessary to become a qualified Building Services Project Engineer with the opportunity to progress to the role of Project Manager in the future.

Things to consider
Due to the rural location of our office, and the requirement to eventually visit sites, the ability to drive and have use of own vehicle is essential.
- Assisting engineers with surveying and measuring on site.
- Producing working drawings using the lastest version of Autocad software and printing to large scale plotter.
- Assisting with material take-offs and pricing for estimating purposes, both manually and using estimating software.
- Carrying out general office duties including writing emails, using Microsoft Office programmes, filing and raising purchase orders.
