- Approach work from an Agile mindset applying practices and principles wherever possible
- Attend and participate in all Sprint events to achieve desired outcomes
- Interact with stakeholders/Product Owner to clarify requirements and provide input into the creation of User Stories
- Responsible for estimation, sprint planning and managing all his/her own tasks and reporting on progress
- Collaborates closely with all team members to take a shared responsibility for the sprint backlog and their success
- Take responsibility for the quality of his/her own code - writing unit test and conduct unit testing where applicable
- Maintain broader code quality through peer code reviews
- Assist with live releases in line with team release schedule
- Identify improvement opportunities and agree on actionable improvements
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support within his/her domain environment

- Good communication skills
- Knowledge on object orientated programming would be beneficial
Personal qualities
- Any coding language knowledge would be beneficial
- Knowledge of cloud computing
- Knowledge of database conception would be beneficial
Desired qualifications
- Grade 4/C in maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2 is required for this role
