As a small but growing organisation, we are looking for a confident individual with demonstrable social media awareness that will not only be able to assist in customer service via emails, jointly attending meetings and monitoring customer satisfaction but will also be able to help develop our client’s social media accounts.
The role is based within a small and highly focused communications team with remote working available.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks to support customer satisfaction
- Generating reports
- Assisting in content creation and company social media management
- Idea generation: Propose and deliver new ideas / concepts for social media content
- Overseeing and evaluating the activities and performance of our client’s accounts.
Skills & Competencies:
- Competent in handling spreadsheets
- Excellent writing style and grammar
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and willing to learn
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
