Job Details

at wagamama you will be working towards a business admin level 3 across the duration of 15 months, alongside your daily roles + responsibilities

your daily roles + responsibilities will include;

- schedule + manage diaries for the people director + managing director

- review incoming e-mail/correspondence + when appropriate take action immediately

- prepare + distribute meeting agendas, meeting materials + presentations as required

- provide high-level administrative support, arranging conference calls, opening + distributing mail, filing, screening external calls + retrieving documents + updating contact information

- arrange + co-ordinate travel schedules, accommodation + all trip logistics

- support executive assistants to review status of projects, plan key business events, meetings + prioritise actions

- review all documents prepared for accuracy, completeness + grammar

- planning of events; away days, team days, senior leadership events

- manage expense claims

- tracking of directors reports annual leave

- handle + maintain highly confidential + sensitive information

- manage multiple ad-hoc projects when required

- identify opportunities for process improvement + recommends special projects to improve office effciency

- ad-hoc personal requests, gift buying etc

- holiday + sick cover for executive assistants
