BAM's Strategic Accounts & Marketing team is a new and exciting department targeting the growth and development of our most significant client accounts. We now have an opportunity for a motivated and efficient individual to support the department's administration functions. The position provides the chance to grow and develop within a fast moving and exciting team focused on building and maintaining brilliant client relationships. We feel this role may suit someone with a few years relevant experience or a recent graduate who is keen to develop within Business Support & Marketing. Business travel to our Head Office in Camberley and other offices will be required with the option to work remotely / hybrid working. We are also willing to explore options for part-time working.
This is an exciting opportunity, possibly for a recent graduate, to join a new and dynamic team; your role will focus on the day-to-day support of the department, acting as the main contact for queries and administration support. Over time, the role will provide exposure and opportunity across the wider account management and marketing function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage the administration of our small team, including budget monitoring and invoice processing
• Acting as the main point of contact for support queries for the department, including day-to-day fielding of sales leads and agencies
• Arranging travel and accommodation needs for our team, including the organisation of large events to support marketing sponsorship and client-focused functions
• Providing wider administrative support to the team, over time becoming more involved in account management and marketing activities
• Working with our Market Insights Analyst to support with timely updates to our CRM system
• Working closely with your marketing colleagues to become a brand ambassador, bringing others along on the journey to sell the company better
Who are we looking for?
?? Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills, including coordination of external support and agencies
?? Formal degree-level (or equivalent) qualification in a related subject
?? Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
?? Proficient knowledge of IT systems and MS Office applications with examples to demonstrate - Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe InDesign an advantage
?? Enthusiasm to grow and develop within a new and dynamic team
Advantageous, but not essential:
?? Competence and confidence in preparing and delivering presentations
?? Experience in a B2B sales background
?? Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
?? Skilled in monitoring and managing social media platforms and content
