As part of ITGL's internal IT team, the IT Support apprentice will:
- Solve technical IT related problems when colleagues require assistance
- Action requests on a variety of different IT platforms and systems
- Advise ITGL employees on best practice
- Assist in the development and formalisation of ITGL's IT systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Create user guides and videos for education and training purposes
- Create and update documentation
- Maintain the IT asset registers
- Source or create software solutions to support the business
- Liaise and collaborate with third party IT providers
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritise work, and work flexibly to deadlines
- Good technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office

- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject)
- A-level or equivalent in IT
