- Provide support to the Risk team in maintaining, enhancing and implementing the Risk Management Framework including the Control Plan
- Performing Compliance and Financial Crime related controls in a timely manner for completion of the quarterly control plan report
- Preparation of input into Governance Committees including the monthly Executive Risk and Conduct Committee meeting (ERCC) and Risk and Audit Committee (RAC)
- Provide support to the Compliance team, performing ad hoc process embedded reviews as part of Compliance function including reconciling data received under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) vs control reports during Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) check
- Conducting thematic reviews
- Support and maintain Compliance and Risk processes including Conflicts of Interest and Breaches
- Monitoring, coordinating and assessment of monthly reporting of operational losses and incidents
- Timely follow up with stakeholders on action plans arising from the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), quarterly Internal Controls assessment and other operational risk processes
- Keep abreast of latest Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk Management techniques and industry best practices
