What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be working as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver solutions. Your role will be hands on, involved in the design and development of applications and services across the stack, along with the cloud infrastructure they run on. You'll be taking on real business challenges in software engineering and receive training and support throughout. You'll learn and work with some of the most advanced technology, and you'll develop a broad range of competencies including teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Our Degree Apprenticeship programme combines university accredited learning with technical training and mentoring. You will study a Digital and technology solutions professional (integrated degree) (level 6) at Exeter University. Apprentices will work in a full-time job with 20 per cent of their contracted time devoted to studying for a degree and gaining off-the-job learning.
Additional qualifications may also be gained e.g. AWS certifications.
