What will the apprentice be doing?
Deliver a sales number with accountability for targets. Lead generation answering inbound customer enquiries & searching for new opportunities. Maintain customer information, platforming accounts & recording of calls ensuring the details are up to date. Support sales campaigns for the department with sales support, engagement in organising activities & material to support the sales culture in the department.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
In house, on the job training in all of the systems, procedures and processes, alongside the apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To grow with the business, our aim is to successfully train and develop an applicant in all areas of the Sales procedures and the processes which can be utilised in a organisation.
The aim is to progress over time, Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).
