· Working with our Head of Operations to manage and improve internal processes. Doing KPI of all employees and their documentation.
· Maintaining employeedetails in the system Documentation work.Taking ownership of our recruitment process, including sourcing and managing candidates, advertising jobs, working with recruiters and creating an employer brand.
· Documentation work of office
· Preparing and maintaining time sheets of all employees.
· Conducting research for all areas of the business.
· Fluent written and spoken English
