What will the apprentice be doing?
At South Lincs we pride ourselves in being a company that truly puts customer service at the top of our agenda guaranteeing that personal touch and continued support to all of our customers businesses.
The role will involve:
· Telephoning existing customers
· Obtaining and increasing the value of orders
· Identifying opportunities to sell in promotional lines
· Responding promptly to customer queries
· Effective handling of incoming calls
· General office duties
· Problem solving
· Building Customer relations
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This role is supported by a L4 Sales Executive qualification provided by The Apprenticeship College. This will be delivered via live virtual sessions twice monthly through Masterclasses, theatre based learning and Workshops.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship training.
