What will the apprentice be doing?

The Unilever Research and Development degree apprenticeship scheme in Colworth is your opportunity to join an exciting and challenging area within Unilever. Our apprentices follow a structured and challenging academic programme, as well as working on real projects with world renowned scientists that deliver to some of the 2.5 billion consumers who use a Unilever product everyday.

You will work with R&D Refreshment teams leading the way in developing new products in Beverages and Ice Cream.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

On this programme, you will work to achieve a BSc Honours degree (aligned to Foods Professional degree apprentice standard).

As an apprentice, you'll receive on-the-job training and experience in an administrative position along with formal training to gain the knowledge and skills you'll need to support our business operations. You'll join a team with a dedicated line manager committed to enhancing your career experiences.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Good chances of progression onto temporary/permanent employment.
