The Role

The Primary Graduate Programme is a 12 month rotational programme where you will conduct 3 x 4 month rotations. In addition to experiencing a range of Primary desks (Dept Capital Markets, Syndicate, Liability Management and Asset Finance Securitisation) across different client bases, you could also have the opportunity to conduct one rotation in a different specialism including; sales, structuring, trading, research or generalist. This will give you an immense opportunity to learn more about a variety of products, clients and markets over the course of the programme.

Key Reponsibilities could include
  • Supporting DCM Marketers in developing client presentations, letters, proposals
  • Conduct data analysis on new issues and credit analysis on target clients
  • Preparing frequent written market updates/ newsletters
  • Assist in the execution of DCM mandates, coordinating internal and external resources

Technical skills and qualifications required for the role
  • Excellent academic background, minimum 2:1 or equivalent in Bachelor's degree
  • Keen interest and basic understanding in Capital Markets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong preference for candidates with intermediate to advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Demonstrated interest in current affairs and global finance topics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of professionalism
  • Previous internship or work experience
  • Motivated and driven to develop a career in Global Markets
  • Pro-activeness
