Brewery Assistant Apprentice

Duties will include

• Operate in line with company policies and procedures
• Cleaning all cask that come back to the brewery sterilising them ready for filling
• Learning the full brewing process from start to finish
• Bottling, Canning the beer plus filling mini kegs and Bag in Boxes
• Racking the beer into casks, kegs, cans and bottles
• Fulfilment of orders from the web shop
• Assistance in the delivery of products
• Full cleaning procedures
• Any other duties relating to the role
