Duties will include

- Operate in line with company policies and procedures
- Cleaning all cask that come back to the brewery sterilising them ready for filling
- Learning the full brewing process from start to finish
- Bottling, Canning the beer plus filling mini kegs and Bag in Boxes
- Racking the beer into casks, kegs, cans and bottles
- Fulfilment of orders from the web shop
- Assistance in the delivery of products
- Full cleaning procedures
- Any other duties relating to the role
