What will the apprentice be doing?
Key tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be given all relevantin house training to complete your role.
Along with this you will gain a regulatory and compliance qualification. This will be delivered in the workplace with continued support form you assessor coach and workplace mentor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A permanent role within the Compliance Department or the wider Group may be offered upon completion of apprenticeship.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including maths and English (Grade 9-4) Essential
Key tasks
- Assisting in developing implementing, maintaining and enhancing applicable policies, procedures
and controls of the organisation. - Researching and advising on various compliance issues and responding to ad hoc queries from
the Group in relation to these areas. - Providing expert guidance on the application of applicable regulation and internal policies in
particular with respects to client and matter inception process, conflicts and financial crime
compliance. - Managing complaints in accordance with the Group policy.
