Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase via phone and email candidate applications that have yet to complete their application or start assessments
  • Manage a central repository of commercial documents, liaising with recruitment, sales, and operational teams to ensure all necessary information is up to date
  • Support the recruitment team by chasing and checking on boarding documents for new starters
  • Manage information across a number of CRM and other platforms
  • Troubleshoot and support the team where vacancies are incorrectly posted or where there are errors with job board integrations
  • Update vacancy trackers

KPIs and SLA:
  • Number of candidates chased and converted to "full applications"
  • Number of full applications which turn to starts
  • Ensure records of data across CRM's & central repository of commercial agreements are up to date and kept accurate

Personal qualities

  • Experience using CRM software or an ATS
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a similar role managing large volumes of data would be highly beneficial
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


Desired qualifications

Entry Requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE's:
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D/3 or above
  • 3x GCSE's grade A-C / 8-4 in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
