The Estates & Capital Development Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust.

You should be apprenticeship trained or City & Guilds Certificated (or similar) in a general Electrical Trade or have equivalent experience.

Experience of maintenance engineering trades in a range of settings and knowledge of lighting systems would be advantageous as would being conversant with Health & Safety issues.

The role is Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime and weekend working.

£20,330-£21,777 plus overtime, 27 days holiday & voluntary pension scheme.
