What will the apprentice be doing?
Support our colleagues & managers by developing data & analytics driving valuable insights & decision making.
Deliver annual employee cycle of activities (i.e. pay review, bonus, performance & talent reviews etc). Support colleagues through business change & transformation.
Partner with leadership teams to continue to improve employee engagement & drive business performance.
Deliver on our diversity & inclusion ambition, to have a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
In HR Operations & HR Business Partnering & Change teams, alongside experienced colleagues, you'll build a breadth of knowledge to complete the HR Consultant Partner Level 6 Apprenticeship allowing you to develop the skills & experience required to become an expert HR Advisor. You'll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training.
A Personal Development Plan will help drive your career progression, set, agreed & regularly reviewed with your line manager
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your training, as long as you pass your end point assessment and have met your performance targets throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be offered an opportunity in a permanent role with us.
You'll take up an HR Advisor role where you'll get to make a real difference.
This apprenticeship also enables membership to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent x 5 GCSE's including Maths and EnglishEnglish (Grade Grade 4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent at least 2 A-Levels in any subject (Grade Grade C or above) Essential

Based on the level of this Apprenticeship Programme we require candidates to be educated to level 3 qualification (A-Levels, BTEC National, NVQ/SVQ Level 3) If you are unable to meet this requirement, we do have a number of other apprenticeships available that you may be eligible for, please visit our apprentice website.
