Full Description
During the apprenticeship you will rotate into different specialist teams covering:
- Network design, configuration, and deployment
- Data centre deployment
- RF Planning
- RF Network deployment
The applicant will be exposed to multiple technologies that will enhance their value as a potential network engineer. Upon completion of the apprenticeship the candidate will be able to:
- Install, configure, and test network devices to defined standards
- Acquire and analyse network data
- Optimise performance of network systems
- Investigate and resolve network performance issues
- Rollout network upgrades
- Interpret technical requirements and specifications
- Keep records of work undertaken and prepare reports as required
- Manage your time effectively and in accordance with the work schedule
- Consider organisational boundaries and affected departments before implementing changes
- Communicate technical requirements effectively
- Practice self-learning to maintain awareness of technology changes
- Ensure all activities maintain the relevant health and safety legislation, company policies and any relevant technical standard
- Deliver and maintain a premier network service to the organisation
