As a Project Administrator, you will take a hands-on role as part of a busy and fast-paced team providing a high calibre service delivery to complex customers. You will be required to deliver a great customer experience in the handling of practical and administrative tasks in order to facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure orders received are correctly and processed, accurately validated & distributed to the correct internal groups or external suppliers.
  • Project Coordination ensuring you are the main point of contact on a project with the customer, assigning any orders to other areas of the business and locating updates from them
  • Coordinate customer requirements before the ordering stage.
  • Supporting project managers with planning tasks.
  • Administering service desk databases, adding and updating records, progressing routine actions, Asset Administration, Tech Refresh administration.
  • Effective handling of orders aiming to hit customer response target of over 95%
  • Effective handling of escalations making sure supplier service plans are followed correctly.
  • Responsibility for effectively communicating updates to clients during the 'in-flight' order/change request stages via phone and email.
  • Responsibility of keeping orders moving with suppliers in order to deliver service on time to customers.
  • Actively build positive customer relationships aiming for the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Provide correct and timely advice to customers either on or off-site as required by the business.
  • Compliance with GDPR regulations and handling customers personal information.
  • Liaise with Pre Sales, Sales and Project Managers during the order validation process to ensure that orders are complete and accurate in order to efficiently deliver requests for the client.

  • Able to use e-mail systems as well as word and excel applications.
  • Knowledge of basic IT is essential.
  • A natural sense of empathy to ensure customers are left feeling looked after and cared about.
  • Excellent communication skills including face-to-face, telephone and e-mail, and the ability to keep customers and colleagues fully clearly informed of cases.
  • Must be a dedicated individual possessing the ability to promptly progress issues they have ownership of to an effective conclusion. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in fast-moving and changing the environment.
  • Excellent organisation & prioritisation skills, having a sense of urgency and a 'Think Customer' attitude.
  • Must be well organised with good time management skills.


Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalentsincluding English and Maths
