A full time position may be available upon completion of the apprenticeship
- Support the Provider Data & Business Intelligence Team by developing a range of reporting solutions and assisting with ad-hoc requests as well as drive efficiencies with current and future processes
- Contribute to the design, storage, transfer, validity, and usage of NCFE data
- Use internal and external sources of data to provide insight and support plans to drive the business forward and quality assure and validate data used by the department
- Support the data transformation required to meet the needs of the organisation including governance and accountability
- Help maintain our suite of reports, pick up tickets and update systems to help manage workload as well as ensuring accuracy of data going external to the department by validation and sense checking
- Liaise with other teams to present data and information findings in a format which meets the needs of the end user and supporting BI Developers in the production of BI reports

- High level of computing knowledge required, including the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel

- Good communication and ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure through effective time management
Desired qualifications
- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and IT / Science
- A-levels or equivalent such as a BTEC Level 3 or a Level 3 Apprenticeship
