We have flexible working opportunities available for experienced Care Support Workers at Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust. Providing care for those in Doncaster, Bassetlaw and beyond, DBTH is one of Yorkshire's leading acute trusts and is one of only five Teaching Hospitals in Yorkshire, projecting to train 25% of all medical students in the region.

Hosting three main sites, the hospital provides a full range of local hospital services. All sites have excellent transport links and the trust runs a daily shuttle service from the main site, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, to both Bassetlaw and Montagu Hospital. The main Doncaster site is in close proximity to the M18 and A1 motorways, meaning the trust is commutable from numerous locations including Wakefield, Sheffield, Barnsley, Chesterfield and Rotherham.

To apply for this post, you will:

- Have a minimum of 3 months' care support worker experience in either an acute hospital or hospice which has been gained in the last two years.

- You must be competent in taking the following practical observations: Manual Blood Pressure, Respirations and a Pulse.

You must also hold one of the following qualifications dated in the last five years obtaining level 2 or above:

- NVQ/QCF/Apprenticeship Diploma in Health and Social Care

- Care Certificate from an NHS Trust.

OR

If you are a nursing student and have completed at least 12 weeks of placements.
