With technology evolving at an ever-increasing pace, it's good to know that at Bistech you'll receive exceptional training to kick start your graduate career in the world of business technology.

We've grown year on year since we were founded in 1988, creating exciting progression opportunities matched to individual strengths. Based just outside Bournemouth, we're a stone's throw away from one of the UK's top graduate towns. Where better to start your graduate career?

If you have a passion for technology, this could be your route to becoming a tech expert with the opportunity to achieve accreditations with the likes of Microsoft, Cisco and other technical world leaders. You'll also receive soft skills training to support your personal development in assertiveness, positive language and negotiation. Our continual investment in employee training and development means there's significant opportunity for progression across the entire business.

Working collaboratively in our Service Desk team, you'll deliver outstanding technical service and support to a wide variety of businesses and organisations. No two days are the same and, as the main point of contact for our customers, you'll make the difference by providing the very best technical support.

The role

  • To deliver the highest levels of customer service and technical support by providing expert advice and guidance
  • To resolve issues and requests efficiently to maintain our outstanding rectification times
  • To identify appropriate solutions and configure customer requirements
  • To work as part of our highly skilled Service Desk team to support customer operations

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A quick learner with a drive for continuous development and talent for problem solving
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Technical degree not essential; we're more interested in your potential and positive attitude

What we offer

We encourage people to actively improve their knowledge, develop their skill set and take on more responsibility, and we'll provide you with the training and support to help you do this. You'll also receive:

  • Development opportunities -we recognise personal strengths by tailoring training and development to each employee. We attribute our 9 year average length of service to the fact that we give people the tools to build a rewarding and progressive career
  • A focus on mental health and wellbeing -we proactively support mental health awareness, with training and access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme as well as courses on wellbeing and building personal resilience
  • Holiday - 23 days increasing to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
