About the apprenticeship
Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
To support donation team in the day-to-day operation of the drop off center, taking and processing donations
To safely arrange stock in the central warehouse, following quality service standards and complying with internal procedures, systems of working and regulations
To support the E-Commerce team
To support the collection and delivery teams
To contribute to the charity's Sustainability and Green agenda by identifying areas for improvements
To support the warehouse team to undertake stock taking and audits as required
To undertake administrative duties
To ensure all customers and donors are always treated in a polite and courteous manner
