Job Details

This role will work closely with the Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager to maintain policies, maintain systems used by the business as well as supporting other departments on demand as required. You will be responsible for ensuring operational and technical compliance within governing body criteria and legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Support internal processes by regularly auditing and updating company policies in line with current legislation.

- Assist with the maintenance of Office 365 accounts, including the creation of new accounts and managing licenses.

- Working alongside the MIS Manager monitoring internal and external dataflow, always ensuring compliance with GDPR.

- Assist supporting other business departments on demand as required.

- Maintain hardware asset registers, monitor kit, order equipment when required and assist with set ups.

- Support with external regulatory audits.

- Work with external partners to ensure data and equipment security.

- Analyse invoices for systems and services used monthly.

- Complete website reviews to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

- Assist with exploration of key partnerships, and ensuring requirements are met for third party vendors.

- Complete data sampling to ensure quality across all systems, including Dynamics 365.

- Provide internal support on systems, including maintaining SharePoint sites.
