What will the apprentice be doing?
As Data Analyst you will be focussed on the delivery and continuous improvement of Waltham Forest's People Programme, ensuring that the entire portfolio is analysed effectively and reflects the outcome of the work that has been promised within our 'People Strategy' is delivered in line to our commitment.This role will provide business analysis, evaluation and quality assurance across all project progress reporting on KPI's, including risk and issue management.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 4 higher qulaification apprenticeship
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice is encouraged to apply for a permanent role in the team if a position is available, They will also be support through our redeployment team for alternative vacancies within the council
