Overview of Role:
To develop, manage and grow new and existing business in support of the company's business and growth plans. Sales will be generated in a multitude of methods including social media campaigns, google ad's, email campaigns, talking over the phone, LinkedIn and meeting people face to face. The post holder will gather a vast network of contacts over the period of the apprenticeship developing skills and learning the best ways to generate business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives with your mentor
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation
- Plan approaches and pitches with your mentor and utilising the skills from the apprenticeship
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Use social media including LinkedIn
- Post Google Ad's and use other marketing tools to promote the business
- Use the CRM system to record activities and keep diary entries
- Cold call as appropriate to generate a pipeline of opportunities
- Email information to potential clients
- Generate quotes and follow up on these to see if sales can be progressed
- Work with your mentor to achieve your goals
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

- Potential full time position available upon completition of apprenticeship
Things to consider
- Starting wage: £6 an hour rising to £12 under the apprenticeship scheme as experience progresses, after the scheme a full time job is available with commission
