Job description  

Apprentice Starting pay £12K per year plus potential to earn up to £10K in commission

Brand Recruitment are currently looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer (Operations Team Assistant) to join our Cambridge based team. The role would suit a recent graduate or college leaver who is based locally to our South Cambridge office and an enthusiastic, ambitious - a ‘people’s person’ looking to work in a varied role with good long-term prospects.

Working as part of the Operations Team at Brand, your remit will be to source business for the Recruitment Consultants. Current Brand employees who joined the company in this role have gone on to specialise in various roles within the business such as HR and marketing as well as recruitment consultancy.

Duties to include: Training will be provided

  • Answering phones
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Data Entry on the database
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods (Internal and external CV databases etc.) to satisfy job requirements.
  • Write job adverts in line with company procedures.
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates to your managing consultant in response to the jobs you’re working on
  • Manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Provide job preference checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
  • Provide interview feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates.
  • Correctly record candidate and client information on our recruitment database

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. Your qualification will be delivered by Babcock Training, who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you in the workplace on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship
