Job Description Marketing Assistant: This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to support the marketing team across a wide range of projects, both traditional and digital, to maximise company profits and develop sales strategies for marketing campaigns, for a supplier of brilliant nursery products.

Reporting to the Marketing & Information Systems Manager, the successful Marketing Assistant will join Cheeky Rascals, an exclusive distribution company for amazing baby products, in a position offering plenty of variety and challenge. We want you to get stuck in and help out as and where required.

Come and join a thriving nursery products brand importer and distributor who specialise in consumer marketing and building brands within the UK. Cheeky Rascals' innovative and practical product ranges aim to make parents lives easier! Brands include: Potette Folding Potty and Love To Dream Bedding.

*Work under the direction of the Marketing and Information Systems Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
*Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, creating content for company blogs, marketing copy, catalogue changes
*Assist with fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting during the creation of mailers, website content, and other promotional materials
*Look for ways to develop the Cheeky Rascals Content Strategy whilst getting the most out of the existing strategy
*Work with the Marketing team to develop and help implement the Social Media Strategy including the day to day management of the Cheeky Rascals Social Accounts and finding 'newsworthy' stories and material to share including updating coverage reports
*Work with the Marketing team to produce timely internal and external communications in the form of newsletters, bulletins, digests, triggered email campaigns
*Assist with photoshop and video projects and any in-house photography that is required
*Research and monitor the company's brands and competitors on Social Media and the web, review top customers online presence
*Conduct market trends research and competitor analysis as necessary

Skills & Experience:
*Degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
*Project Management experience
*Organisational and time management skills
*Able to multi-task
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
*Problem solving, strong research and analytical skills
*Strong team player, experience working in a small team
*Good understanding of digital communication channels including Websites, Facebook and Instagram
*Good IT Skills including MS Office skills
*Photoshop, InDesign preferable but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate

*Able to ask for help with tasks where needed but works well alone
*Proactive, innovative and able to use initiative

The company is location in a rural location near Liss, Hampshire therefore your own transport is recommended (Liss train station is 10 minutes walk). Free parking is available.
