Who we're looking for

Confident, creative graduates who are passionate about using information to make better decisions. You'll also need:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master's)
  • Inquisitive and highly analytical mind
  • Real desire to succeed

What you'll be doing

Centrica is a leading energy and services supplier. We keep millions of homes and businesses running and work hard to support the changing needs of our customers. Join us, as a Customer Insight graduate, and you'll learn how to use advanced analytics and market research techniques to find answers to some of our most important questions. Who are our customers? How do they behave? What products are they interested in? What do they really think about us? How can we serve them better?

The programme consists of three placements and includes a comprehensive three-month induction into Insight. Over the course of your placements, you will gain the experience you need to get your career on the right track, whether you're aiming to work in analytics, research or customer value management. You will also have exposure across the key functional areas of the team while developing the skills you need to become one of its future leaders.

The work you do throughout the programme and beyond, will inform product development, customer experience and commercial strategy, and will influence decision-making across the business.
