Vacancy description

Main duties:

  • Project management of webinar and webcasts including (client calls, scheduling, event setup, tracking timelines)
  • Technical setup of webinars and webcasts (registration pages, email dispatches, security settings)
  • Webinar production (technical setup and live delivery of live webinars) and on-demand creation
  • Understanding an analysing client reporting
  • Logistical tasks relating to webcasts throughout the business (travel, freelancers etc)
  • Occasional travel in the UK and abroad to run live video webcasts with a willingness to learn video production skills
  • Various marketing tasks including but not limited to: writing content, preparing email
  • campaigns, analysing client behaviours, developing new collateral (powerpoint, documents), website updates, social media
  • Various administrative tasks as required by the business
  • Additional tasks as deemed suitable for the level of the role and required by the business
