Key Training are currently recruiting for a local reputable business called Macrefresh. Macrefresh Ltd is a small family run business with 35 staff. They have a friendly environment, staff area with a pool table, table tennis and decks. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to start their journey within an Administrative role, gaining the essential skills they need and the knowledge to succeed within this role, and mark their first step on the career ladder.
Macrefresh specialise in the reselling of Apple products. They also offer various other services including repairing all Apple Products. This is a great opportunity for an apprentice to get a start in a reputable business and grow and develop alongside an expanding company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Sales and Purchase department with all aspects of administration which will involve some accounts.
Processing purchase orders,
Dealing with suppliers and eBay Ordering computer components,
Ordering all items required by the staff and returns of faulty stock,
Booking in stock that is delivered and checking that the items are correct that have been shipped,
Liaising with the stock control department,
Filing and scanning,
Basic support to accounts,
Assisting the operations department with customer orders and checking that all orders from Website, eBay and Amazon are all correct and ready to be prepared by the technical team.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate therefore no relevant experience is required!
Working week Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Total hours per week: 35.00
Weekly wage £150.00.
Training to be provided:
Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration,
Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Full in house company training.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages,
Good communication skills,
Good organisation skills.
Ability to use own initiative,
Great attention to detail.
