Apprentice Telephone Receptionist

The job role will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries,
Providing customer service over the telephone,
Full training will be provided!
Working week: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. 1 Hour Lunch. Total hours per week: 35.00 Weekly wage: £175.00.
Training to be provided:
Level 2 in Customer Service,
Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT - if required,
Full in house company training,
Apprenticeship standard - Customer service practitioner.
