Job summary

The teams are vibrant, friendly and approachable who all work hard to meet targets.

Working alongside many other internal departments, you will need to be flexible and professional in your approach to work in order to adapt to the daily demands of the business.

Key tasks include:

  • Management of internal database
  • Contacting candidates via telephone and email
  • Formatting CV’s
  • General administration duties

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Natural ability to build relationships and rapport
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach
  • Have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

  • If you do not have Maths and English GCSE grades A*-C (or equivalent) we will support you to achieve Functional Skills in those subjects. 

Future Prospects

  • If hard work is shown throughout the Apprenticeship there is the possibility for a full time position in the company, the company are keen for the Apprentice to stay in the company and grow.

Training to be provided

  • Level 2 in Business administration
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (if needed)
