Key Responsibilities:

  • To organise, package, label and ship products worldwide in accordance with company procedures
  • Prepare work orders, ensure accurate stock control etc. Preparation of invoices, delivery notes and adhering to standard procedures as well as creating and documenting new ones
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy with documents, data input into the company’s systems and maintaining internal information on production, stock etc.
  • Filing, photocopying and general office administrative tasks
  • Placing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers, provide regular production reports
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business, to support administrative tasks to ensure we are delivering on target and to plan
