Hales Group Ltd have a vacancy for an Apprentice Administrator.

The role will be based in our Doncaster Homecare branch.

The successful applicant will be required to:

Maintain Care Workers' files, ensuring the timely and accurate updating of all information.
Answering and monitoring incoming telephone calls.
Ensuring the Select system is up to date with service user details and staff details, entering new information as required including recording any relevant communications.
Liasing with and providing support to the care workers and field based supervisors working within the allocated areas.
Monitoring service users that are in hospital/restbite.
General Office Administrator duties
Maintaining all office policies, procedures and systems including Select.
Maintaining a professional and compliant branch environment including health and safety audits, visitor logs and document control.

Experience in a Customer Service/Customer Facing Role and working in the care industry is disireable but not essential.
