Our client is a Leading Midlands based Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy incorporating Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and Ecologists. Due to expansion of the practice they have openied a second office in Birmingham and have presence in Cambridgeshire too.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Graduate/ Assistant Landscape Architect to join the team in London to provide technical support on a range of projects for the senior team.

Main duties will include;

Assisting with the preparation of plans, sections and technical drawings in CAD for planning, tender and construction to in-house and best practice standards
Assisting and contributing to the design, preparation and compiling of presentation, planning documents and reports to in-house and best practice standards
Design, sketching and rendering of plans/ visuals/ sections as required
Design and input to the creation of visuals/ photomontages
Liaison with external project teams
Site visits and site photography following best practice guidelines
Compilation of baseline data and plans for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)

Qualities and Skills required;

Qualifications: BA (Hons) and PG Dip or MA
1+ years' experience working in private/public practice
A creative and technical flair.
Experience in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
Excellent graphic, written and communication skills.
Aptitude for hard and soft landscape detailing on a range of project types
Ability to cope with dynamic deadlines
Full working knowledge of key software including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
Good freehand drawing skills
Fluency in English
A full UK driving license
