Vacancy description

Duties include:

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Liaising with water boards to chase quotes in view to upload information onto business proposals
  • Sending business proposals to clients for decision making
  • Following processes and procedures once client decides provider they would like to go with
  • Link selling/Upselling to clients
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Dealing with any enquiries 
  • Meeting & Greeting customers
