Throughout my time at E.ON, I’ve met a range of colleagues and managers who have supported and encouraged my development throughout. The exposure I’ve gained has enabled me to grow in confidence and has improved my communication skills massively, which I don’t believe I would have been able to do so quickly through the traditional higher education route.”
