Graduate IT Systems Support Assistants - (NHS), London, UK
We are looking to recruit bright, articulate graduates to aid in the training and support of NHS Admin staff, on an initial short-term contract basis.
These roles will involve working as an IT Systems Support Assistant, providing guidance on the use of systems that underpin and enhance healthcare.
To be accepted on this programme you will need to be:
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people
- Be able to navigate a variety of software systems
- Enjoy analysing a problem - and finding a solution
- Be empathetic to others
To secure this role you will have a confident personality and the ability to communicate effectively with all staffing levels - ideally an interest in a long-term career in either Training, IT Support or the wider NHS Graduate development programme.
This is an opportunity to benefit from excellent training before gaining transferable experience working with widely used NHS IT systems. The training is Accredited and once this assignment is completed you will receive a written report that assesses your:
- Ability to prioritise
- Communication style
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Training aptitude
We are offering FULL training for this role. Successful candidates will require to complete 30 hours of online learning followed by an initial assessment and if successful will then be progressed through the course to receive classroom training with hands on experience provided before the commencement of the contract.
