The Role

gap personnel have a real career opportunity within our Head Office based in Wrexham. Working within our Pension & Payroll department, you would be working alongside the Payroll Department however reporting directly to the Pension and Payroll Admin Manager. The role is as a Pension and Payroll Admin Apprentice, this is a brand-new opportunity in an evolving department. You would become the go to person that our branch network would come to in order to collate Pension and Payroll Admin. We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity in association with Kickstart2employment, for an individual who is looking to not only gain a valuable qualification, on the job experience but also has the ambition to want to develop a career with gap personnel.

What will your responsibilities look like?

* Auto Enrolment Pension Admin;
* Managing outgoing post;
* Answering Payroll calls and dealing with queries;
* Supporting the Payroll department;
* General Admin Duties;
* Liaising with Branches and external payroll companies;
* Dealing with Complaints and escalating accordingly if required.
