SALARY: GBP21,120 starting salary

TIME: Monday- Friday 9-5 or equivalent

The Programmes and Events (P&E) Coordinator will provide excellent service in regard to the companies events through excellent product knowledge, effective implementation and monitoring of relevant systems, procedures and policies and management of stakeholder relationships.

The Coordinator's primary responsibilities are:

* To provide excellence in customer service, particularly via telephone, website and email enquiries, escalating complex issues within agreed customer service standards where necessary.
* To be first line of contact for general enquires.
* To maintain the CRM areas relevant to programmes and support for the development of this system to meet business and customer needs and raise purchase orders and process invoices.
* To work with the P&E team to support and analyse the use of Associates.
* To modify intranet / website-content and up-loading documents to web-based forums.
* To work with Marketing and Communications to ensure the events app is populated correctly and ensure optimum use of the app where relevant by delegates.
* To schedule dates for all relevant programmes and events in collaboration with the co-ordinators and relevant delivery teams.
* To carry out effective planning to ensure the logistical arrangements for all programmes and events including venue sourcing, production of delegate badges, joining instructions, preparing programme resources and ensuring effective delivery of materials to the venues.
* To take minutes, make travel arrangements and undertake other general administrative duties as required.
* To attend programmes and events on occasion e.g. Awards Ceremonies and Multi-Day Conferences.
* To compile reports, including analysis and identifying data trends as part of the P&E team.
* To co-ordinate meetings and liaise with colleagues, including supporting internal and external meetings, committees and contacts as required.

* A 'can-do' attitude that allows effective working across different functions and teams.
* A highly effective communicator with the ability to adapt style to suit audience.

* Interest in higher education and current contextual issues for brand
* Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work with discretion and respect confidential and sensitive information.
* Excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM and web
