Description

As a Business Administrator Apprentice at Nextwave Partners, you will work closely with consultants in the London office to deliver the best candidates and resources for live jobs with clients in the Renewable Energy & Infrastructure space within the EMEA region. This role is the perfect opportunity to receive first-hand insight into the talent markets of Renewable Energy & Infrastructure and build a strong network of mid to senior-level professionals for active searches and for generating key market insights for client reports. This role offers high earning potential and fast career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, shortlist and attract talent in the market to jobs within the NextWave portfolio by all methodologies
• Develop and nurture a candidate network within the Renewables Sector
• Meticulous in the process to keep track of data, candidates, and market insights
• Help with building the NextWave brand by writing and updating Job Advertisements, identifying key events in the market and helping in generating marketing material using research data
• Track and go through applications to ensure the right fit while working closely with internal members of the team
• Work with consultants to develop lead generation strategies and tracking of leads pulled during the process of recruiting candidates

Entry Requirements

• You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
• You will be asked detailed questions about both the role and apprenticeship.
